You’ll get up to 90-min to hang with Jenn + Morgan to deep dive into all things client experience. Together, we’ll work on identifying ways to elevate tf out of what you’re working with. Nothing held back. 

Implementation Guide

Within 3 business days from our amazing strat sesh, you’ll get a personalized Implementation Guide that recaps everything we spoke about, identifies actionable steps to take, + includes the recording of our call to reference whenever you’d like.

7-Day Email Support

The fun doesn’t stop after our call! You’ll have 7 days of email support to tap our brains for any burning Q’s, thoughts, or issues with implementation.

Once you officially place your order + submit payment in full, you’ll receive an email with your Quick Shot of Joy form to complete. After you submit that form, you’ll be placed in queue + receive a call scheduler to get our 2:1 strat sesh on the books. You have 90 days from date of purchase, otherwise you forfeit the call.

Your Quick Shot of Joy is first come, first serve. We have open availability on Wednesdays + Friday mornings. If availability is an issue, let us know + we can work things out together.

We understand that sometimes shit happens. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you must provide at least 48 hours written email notice to receive credit towards rescheduling for another time. If you are unable to attend the scheduled call or wish to cancel, you acknowledge that there will be no refund, partial or otherwise.
